No matter which class you choose, every workout is fully scalable for all fitness levels. Our expert coaches provide guidance on form, pacing, and modifications so you always feel supported and challenged.

CLASSIC ROW

Our most well-rounded class offers 3 sections of rowing and 2 sections of floor work. Expect mostly interval-based rowing blended with weighted exercises on the floor. All classes are full body, targeting all major muscle groups.

DYNAMIC ROW

For those looking to tone, define, or build muscle, this one’s for you! Expect to spend more time off the rower doing strength-based exercises with dumbbells. While the focus is strength, you’ll rev up your heart rate with rowing drills for a cardio kick.

All Row is our cardio endurance class. Expect to spend most of the workout on the rower, with a short floor-based warm-up and cool-down. Don’t worry, there’s a short rest at the halfway mark!

Dynamic Row combines rowing endurance with functional fitness. After a short rowing warm-up, you’ll move through two floor blocks of bodyweight exercises that strengthen your core, improve balance, and enhance mobility, building strength and stability.

Each time I attend a Rowvival class I feel stronger, fitter, and more energized than I have in a long time! Each class is challenging in the best way, but also genuinely fun, which keeps me coming back week after week. These classes have got me back in shape!!Highly recommend
